This project replaced all the light fixtures in the building, approximately 500 fixtures. In addition to the new fixtures, occupancy sensors were added to all offices, classrooms, shop areas, conference rooms and restrooms. The connected power load was reduced by 65%. Not only did this project save considerable energy, it also greatly improved the lighting in the space. The estimated annual savings due to this project is $15,000 (FY12 rates).
